Are not in your final year (preferred)

You have unresolved fail marks
You are currently in resit examinations
Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you confirm your intention to participate in the Cambridge Summer School 2026 and agree to the following terms:

1. Programme Commitment

Submission of this application indicates your full commitment to the programme and compliance with all stated requirements.

2. Fees & Payments

The total program cost is approximately 330,000EGP, to be confirmed via a detailed fees and visa information email.

  • All payments must be made according to the announced deadlines.
  • Applicants are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the refund policy.
  • Withdrawal after placement may result in financial penalties, unless exceptional circumstances are approved.
  • Visa fees are subject to your nationality and are non-refundable.

3. Visa & Travel Requirements

  • Applicants must hold a valid passport extending beyond 28 February 2027.
  • Passports must include the required Aman travel insurance sticker.
  • A visa application fee (subject to your nationality) must be paid during the online application process.

4. Academic & Conduct Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum academic average of 50% in the previous year and be in good academic standing.

Participants must comply with all academic, behavioural, and legal regulations set by BUE, Cambridge, and UK authorities.

5. Health & Safety

Participants are required to follow all health and safety guidelines throughout the duration of the program.

6. Liability

The British University in Egypt (BUE) and the University of Cambridge are not liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Any additional expenses incurred during the program

7. Visa Rejection

If a visa application is denied, the applicant is eligible for a minimum of 95% refund of program fees, excluding the visa fee.
